Your digital download purchases will be active for 7 days after payment has been received. Although the number of downloads are not limited within the 7 days, purchases cannot be shared with anyone outside your immediate household. You may not share your user account with anyone outside your household. There is no refund for non-tangible/digital downloads, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing.


The purchase of video DVDs and Mp3 audio discs gives you the right to ownership within one household. You may not make copies and distribute freely or sell to others outside your household. Public viewing in a group to which you belong is allowed, but distribution is not allowed. If you would like to give a copy to someone else, you must purchase another copy.


Knowing the Bible will never ask for credit card details and request that you do not enter this information on any of the forms on Knowing the Bible website. All payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway, which is responsible for your payment information. Knowing the Bible is not responsible for the way the third-party payment gateway handles your information. All sales through Knowing the Bible are final once payment has been made.


All items purchased from Knowing the Bible are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.


Knowing the Bible does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at its original shipping location. At the discretion of Knowing the Bible, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Knowing the Bible does not take title to the refunded item. Proof of defect must be provided. Knowing the Bible is not responsible for shipping fees for the return of the title. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please contact us.


Knowing the Bible website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.
